Hedditch Excavations provides earthworks, civil contracting, and material supply services across the Sunshine Coast region. All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change upon site inspection or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the works.

3. Quotes and Payment

A formal quote will be provided before work commences. Payment terms will be outlined in the quote or invoice. We reserve the right to halt work if payment terms are not met.

4. Site Access and Conditions

The client must ensure clear access to the site for our machinery and trucks. Any hidden services (e.g., underground pipes, cables) must be clearly marked or disclosed before work begins. Hedditch Excavations is not liable for damage to undisclosed underground services.

5. Materials

Materials such as gravel, sand, and soil are subject to availability and natural variations in color and texture. Quantities delivered are measured by volume or weight as specified in the quote.

6. Liability

While we take all due care, Hedditch Excavations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
